REV+FLOW is a dynamic workout that’s easy on joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, music-based movements, targeted toning and resistance training. Be challenged in new and unique ways through easy-to- follow movements and uplifting music. REV+FLOW is the perfect complement to your REFIT workouts. Be prepared to amaze yourself!
This 45-minute class begins with high-energy, dance-based cardio training then merges into strength training and muscle isolation work set to motivating music. Time-efficient and effective!
With an adjustable step platform, this high-energy cardio class allows you to increase your endurance and tone your muscles. Step aerobics classes begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by active, choreographed cardiovascular exercises targeting different muscle groups. Our step class suits people of all fitness levels.
Our yoga classes guide you through a flow of gentle exercise, breath control, and meditation that will increase your energy and calm your mind. Through these simple to intermediate poses, postures, and stretches, you will boost your flexibility and build stamina. Our instructors will set a pace to suit everyone in the class and suggest modifications.
STRONG Body Chair is a fitness experience for ALL body types and fitness levels. SBC utilizes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance modalities to develop a more functional, resilient, STRONG Body!
