Barre class is a full-body workout that blends elements from various exercise formats including ballet, Pilates, and yoga. This high intensity, low impact workout involves both small isometric movement, and full range natural motion, to strengthen muscles, improve posture, flexibility, mobility, balance and burn stress. All fitness levels will benefit and be challenged. Mat work included!
Cardio Dance and Tone class! This fun-filled session combines high-energy dance routines with effective toning exercises to elevate your heart rate and sculpt your muscles. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a beginner, our friendly instructor will guide you through a mix of upbeat choreography and targeted strength moves, ensuring a full-body workout that feels like a party.
STRONG Body Chair is a fitness experience for ALL body types and fitness levels. "SBC" utilizes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance modalities to develop a more functional, resilient, STRONG Body!
This class focuses on building muscle and improving overall body stability and posture. These classes include exercises that target multiple muscle groups at once, using weights, resistance bands, body weight exercises, and other equipment. This class is designed to provide a full-body workout and to help individuals improve their overall fitness level. Mat work included!
Restorative Stretch is a soothing and rejuvenating class designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being. Catering to individuals of all fitness levels, this class focuses on gentle stretching and deep breathing exercises. Participants engage in a series of stretches, to encourage deep release and relaxation. Mat work included!
With an adjustable step platform, this high-energy cardio class allows you to increase your endurance and tone your muscles. Step aerobics classes begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by active, choreographed cardiovascular exercises targeting different muscle groups. Our step class suits people of all fitness levels.
