Barre class is a full-body workout that blends elements from various exercise formats including ballet, Pilates, and yoga. This high intensity, low impact workout involves both small isometric movement, and full range natural motion, to strengthen muscles, improve posture, flexibility, mobility, balance and burn stress. All fitness levels will benefit and be challenged.
Cardio Dance Fitness is a judgement-free dance space with high-energy, creative routines that are sure to lift your spirits, help you break a sweat and burn some calories. This class may even improve your rhythm and coordination skills.
Cardio Kick is a dynamic and fun-filled exercise that combines elements of martial arts, boxing, and high-intensity cardio to help you burn calories, build strength, and boost your overall fitness level . This class is a Specialty Class offered the 1st Thursday of each month.
STRONG Body Chair is a fitness experience for ALL body types and fitness levels. SBC utilizes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance modalities to develop a more functional, resilient, STRONG Body!
This class focuses on building muscle and improving overall body stability and posture. These classes include exercises that target multiple muscle groups at once, using weights, resistance bands, body weight exercises, and other equipment. This class is designed to provide a full-body workout and to help individuals improve their overall fitness level.
Cardio drumming is a dynamic & energetic fitness class combining cardiovascular exercise with rhythmic drumming. With lively music, participants create rhythmic patterns using drumsticks & stability balls while engaging in various cardio and strength-building movements making it a fun and effective full-body workout. Cardio drumming promotes cardiovascular fitness and enhances coordination, balance, and stress relief. It's a unique and enjoyable fitness experience.
Foam Rolling. During this class, you will learn various foam rolling techniques that promote muscle release, flexibility, and faster recovery. This class is offered every 3rd Thursday of each Month.
Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is the ultimate calorie-burning, muscle-building workout that will push you to your limits. In this class, you will alternate between short bursts of intense exercise and brief periods of rest, building cardiovascular endurance and improving your overall fitness level. Our HIIT class is designed to help you reach your fitness goals and push past your limits.
Integrated Strength is a fitness class that will give your body an all over workout by using a combination of hand weights and body weight routines. Different muscle groups are targeted to improve muscular strength, core strength, endurance, and balance.
Enjoy this gentle form of yoga. Our yoga classes guide you through a flow of gentle exercise, breath control, and meditation that will increase your energy and calm your mind. Through these simple to intermediate poses, postures, and stretches, you will boost your flexibility and build stamina. Our instructor will set a pace to suit everyone in the class and suggest modifications.
With an adjustable step platform, this high-energy cardio class allows you to increase your endurance and tone your muscles. Step aerobics classes begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by active, choreographed cardiovascular exercises targeting different muscle groups. Our step class suits people of all fitness levels.
Beginner's step aerobics class is a high-energy workout designed to improve your cardio endurance, muscular strength, and overall coordination. During this class, you will be utilizing a step bench, which will provide a platform for your movements. Basic choreography will be taught step by step, and modifications will be given to accommodate all fitness levels. Don't worry if you feel uncoordinated or unsure about the choreography - it takes time and practice to develop your skills.
